Reception Hours
Our reception team is on-site and ready to assist you during the following hours:
- Weekdays: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Weekends: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Seamless Check In & Out Process
To offer you more flexibility, we operate a company-wide reception located at The Lady Augusta (375 Campbell Street). This means you can arrive and depart at your convenience without needing to see us in person.
Check In & Out Times
Check In is at 2pm and Check Out is at 10am
Key Collection
If arrive after hours, you will receive after-hours key collection details via text message to the mobile no. provided on your booking.
Our staff are available 24-hours by contacting (03) 5032 9677 or via the handset outside reception.
For emergencies outside of reception hours, please dial the number above & press 1 for the after-hours extension.
